Last May 1, 2018 (yes! A Labor Day!), my colleagues and I went to Iligan City to visit the Iligan Paradise EcoPark and Resort where the Mimbalot Falls is also situated. There is a new amenity in the place called Blue Lagoon. It is a pool resort that has water coming from the spring. I personally love the water because it's not too cold. You can enjoy the place for only P150.00 (per person). The cottage costs P300.00.
Once you visit this place, you can also enjoy the beauty of Mimbalot Falls because it is just situated right at the entrance of the resort. There are several pools surrounding the falls as well.
It's a perfect get-away for a waterlover like me!!
The Iligan Paradise Eco Park and Resort is located before Linamon Bridge in Brgy. Buru-un in Iligan City. It's the same barangay where you can find the Maria Cristina Falls, Tinago Falls, Timoga Spring Resort and Maze Park and Resort.
Tip: If you want to ask the locals about the exact location of the place, ask them where Mimbalot Falls is since they are more familiar with it than the actual name of the resort.
