Karting at Kartzone (Cebu City)

It has been awhile since I learned about this Karting Area in Cebu. Kartzone (located in F. Cabahug, Ayala Access Road, Mabolo, Cebu City) is open to all, accessible, hassle-free, and cheap. One of the must-tries in Cebu City, definitely. I'm sharing you some photos I took at the venue of this new challenge I conquered.

The best time to go there is on a late afternoon when it's not hot. They open at 10am and closes at 6pm. No reservations needed. Walk-ins are allowed.

If you happen to go there when it's sunny, don't worry, there are masks available.

Karts. Single Seaters and Double Seaters are available. It's your choice whether to go on solo or with a partner.

I recommend the Single-Seater because it's lighter and you can easily maneuver the Kart. :)

That's their rate. Not bad for 8 lapses. You may add more.

If it's your first time, don't worry, there is an orientation before karting. A video will be shown teaching you about the signals, the flags, the functions of the kart's parts, and the Do's and Don'ts of Karting.

On the track. Karting is actually easy because the Kart is automatic. There are two pedals, one for the break and one is the accelerator. At first, it's hard but eventually after 2-3 lapses, you'll be able to adjust and maneuver the kart easily.

And after Karting, you might get tired. They have bar where you can order food and beverages. :) Or you might go to Jollibee just in front of the KartZone instead.

So, that's it! If you're in Cebu City, never leave without having to try Karting at Kartzone!
