See you there, fellow Kagay-anons!
I used to go to to the gym a lot. For seven years until 2012, I would spend long hours at the gym to do PRT, belly dance, and zumba. I also ran a lot. My schedule then would be at the gym MWF and sportcenter every TTH. It all stopped when I got pregnant and until now, I couldn't find time to insert this on my schedule. So, I'm glad that I was able to do it once again this evening. I really need to exercise since I'm stressed out most of the time. I felt so good and my body feels so light after the workout.
I had my workout at WRK Fitness Studio. I did not enroll or joined any of their classes but my friends and I rented one of the studios for an hour of hiphop dancing. I really do hope I'd be able to have the time to enroll in one of their classes. Sana magtuloy-tuloy na ito!
If you want to check out the studio, the address is Velez-Luna Sts. fronting Landbank. It's at ATC Building on top of Asia United Bank.

Here's their schedule of classes:
These are the rates:
I really like that their walk-in rate for Zumba is just P80.
They also currently have a schedule for Summer Ballet classes.

Ever since I supported UNICEF, I have been receiving updates from them. Here's a new event that will happen for the benefit of UNICEF. Together with its advocate, celebrity Anne Curtis and organized by Run Rio, The Color Run Dream World Tour will happen on September 3, 2017 at the SM MOA Grounds. How I wish I could be there to support but for all my friends in Manila, hope you can join this very good cause. See poster above for the registration link.

Hello, everyone! For those who personally know me, they know that once in my life, I was kinda obsessed with running. Back in 2010 and 2011, I joined almost all fun runs in the city. I was always up early every Sunday morning to run. It came to a halt when I got married, became pregnant and until now that my daughter is still very young. I also noticed something wrong with my left foot, especially in the ankle part.
I have been wishing to go back to running again but until the time when I'd be able to have my left foot checked by a doctor and I will be cleared to run again, I'll just stay envious watching and looking at photos of fun run activities.
Here's an upcoming fun run in June. Freedom Run is being held every year and I'm glad that it is now being hosted by RunRio. Details on the poster below. Have fun!

DANCE TO THE BEAT OF MOTHER EARTH: A Climate Change Awareness Program held yesterday at the Pelaez Sports Center, Cagayan de Oro City was a huge success. A Project by the Junior Chamber International-Kagayhaan Gold chapter, the objectives were to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle by this dance work-out and by the P100.00 paid, they will also be able to contribute to the distribution of segregated trash bins to the different Barangays in the city. Not only that, community members will also be trained to become aware of Climate Change.
The last work-out was also participated by LJ Reyes, a homegrown talent of GMA-7.
We will be bringing back this event next year. Watch out for it! :)
